Tele-Consultation & Triage allows continuity of care and triaging of current and new patients. This service ensures you continue receiving the quality care you need from your doctor, via phone or Zoom. We have an obligation to continually focus on, and improve processes to support your continued access to the quality care that we are known for. The nurse will triage you and advise on when you can connect with your Doctor, preferably on the same day.
To complete this great stride, this consultation is supported by Home Delivery of Medicine (both prescription and over-the-counter) and Mobile Laboratory services that will collect samples from the comfort of your home. Both services will be provided at no-additional cost.
